Updates From Us

Hello, everyone.

Sorry it has been so long since anything had been posted on here. We’ve been busy with the first novel and with short stories. But let us give you the low down.

Firstly, the whole Kindle thing will be taking a lot longer than we thought. There is so much to prepare for – book cover, marketing, studying the formatting. We don’t just want to jump right in. Everything has to be perfect. So that won’t be until next year now. But in the mean time, we are resuming sending queries to literary agencies for representation.

Okay, next the short story collection. Well, that is now on hold. We want to focus our attentions more on the novels and submitting short stories to competitions. So the plan is – work on the trilogy we have planned and continue to write short stories along the way too. A collection of our short work is something we’d like to do later down the road, when we have become more established. Any short fiction we write will now be submitted to various competitions with the goal of getting published – online, in magazines, in anthologies. And some stories will come onto the blog for free for you to read too.

Talking of the blog, the short story “THE GREY” will be returning to the blog. Some people have said they didn’t get to read it and would like to and we think its home is here on the blog. After all, it was written because of a little voting thing we had – in which some readers voted for us to write a Thriller. So yes, keep and eye out for its return.

Still on the subject of “THE GREY”, we have also been asked about writing a sequel to it. We can say that yes, there will be a follow-up to it at some point 🙂

In regards to sequels, there is another coming very soon. “ETERNAL” ended on a To Be Continued note. We have been asked when will part 2 be coming and we’ve always said soon. Well, it has been a long time coming, but we’re pleased to announce that part 2 is about half done now. There was some delay in getting started with it but now it’s finally underway. It should hopefully be up in a few weeks, so keep watching as we’ll update you once it’s up.
