Back to school!

The kids went back to school today and all I can say is WHOOPEEE! I managed to drag Amos over for a meeting to plan our next novel; very exciting stuff! Now I am agonising over what to wear for my night out in a weeks time.  The kiddie is staying at my mum’s for the night so the hubby and I can go out, kick back and relax, trust me when I say it’s been too long since we went out as a couple without the kids in tow.  So the agonising begins, what to wear? Losing weight it great when you have the money to replenish your wardrobe with new outfits, otherwise you need to be a wiz with a sewing machine to make necessary adjustments…where is my fairy godmother? Men have it so easy, they throw on a pair of jeans, a shirt and slap some gel in their hair and they’re good to go.  Women have the outfit to sort out, makeup to apply and hair to style and don’t forget the accessories!

Anyway that’s me for the week, I’ll keep you posted and let you know what amazing things happen on my night out.  Amos will be there so I’m sure something outrageous will occur when he gets into his Diva mode and if there’s a pole about…well lets just say Amos will  make sure it gets used!
